After a good early wicket by Charlie S we then had a poor time in the field with a general lack of focus including not backing up, paying attention generally and some just not staying on the boundary despite repeated requests! After 10 overs the boys in fairness mainly (not all) worked this out for themselves. Lewis got a good 37, Sam 25 not out and 2 good knocks from Harry (not out) and Harvey helped get us over 100 against probably the best team we will face all season - which was more than respectable

Playing on Kings Field which is a 5 min walk from the main clubhouse and car park. We’ll be on grass

From the club car park, walk in front of the main club house and past it with the main square to your right

Walk to the corner of the field where the gravel patch runs along the tree line

Pass through the iron gates in the corner onto the tarmac path and continue along the path a short distance . You will see the entrance to Rose Cottage and king’s field too your right. Rose cottage ground on the left and King field to the right…
