First game of the season vs Normandy

The 5's begin the season with a much changed line up, stalwarts of last year are up in the 4's so we have a blend of youth and new players along with some older faces for our first 'home' game of the season. Last year we lost to Normandy at 'home' (that time it was a windy Stoke Park in Guildford) and won the return fixture at their charming ground (scene of the lost wedding ring metal detector incident).

On Saturday we are back at Spelthorne Sports so please arrive early to help set up, boundary/ inner ring/ wickets/ scorers area/ Tea etc.

For those new to senior cricket, do remember we have to score and umpire at this level so please be prepared to do your bit. If you don't know how to score on an iPad we will teach you.

Meet time 12:00 for a 13:00 start.
