2024 is going to be an exciting year as we reach 100 not out! It’s the centenary of our club and a number of celebrations are planned! Here are some key dates for your diary:

❖ 1 February - Centenary launch - at the clubhouse at 7pm

❖ 4 March - Membership renewal opens, new kit shop opens and crowdfunding platform launches

❖ 4/5 May - Presidents’ Centenary Launch and Members’ Clubhouse Party

❖ 19/20 June - Centenary state schools cricket tournament

❖ 21 June - Music @WCC

❖ 22/23 June - The Weybridge Festival, including 24-hour Batathon

❖ 21 July - Women’s and Men’s vs the MCC, and Presidents' Day

❖ 25/26 August - Men’s and Women’s WCC vs Elmbridge XI

❖ 8 September - Juniors’ Centenary celebration and prizes

❖ 21 September - The Centenary Ball @ The Oval

To mark our centenary we are launching our Centenary Fund, to raise funds to renew our nets and other practice facilities. Our goal is to raise £1,000 for every year of our history - yes, that’s £100,000.

As part of this fund there are opportunities to sponsor the club. We have a number of packages available - see the attached summary. If you, or someone / an organisation you know, would like to sponsor the club, please contact Sarah or Keith.
